Time & Place. The Chapter Meeting was held at 12 noon on USF Tampa in the MSC Sabal Room.

Attendance. Twelve UFF members, including ten members of the Council.

President's Report.

• University consolidation and union representation. Discussion.

Old Business.

• Discussion of USF St. Petersburg.
• Hiring of adjuncts in summer.

New Business.

• Course loads seem to be increasing in some units.
• UFF will sponsor a tailgate party and game attendance at the Rowdies on July 28.

Reports.

• Government Relations. We are setting up a committee.
• Membership. Planning for new faculty orientation.
• Grievances. Discussion of outstanding grievances.
